Astronomy in the Greeek, Hellenic

and Latin civilisations

The Greek and Hellenic civilisation grecque bequeathed to us:

* the developped conception of celestial sphere;

* the formalisation into constellations with their mythology and some stars and planets names

* a marvellous astral mythology

The Romans practised the Greek texts but traduced fex of them. They gave us nevertheless some star and planet names
