Dr. Hassan b. Mohammad BA-SURAH is:

* Ph. D. Glasgow Univiversity, UK, 1991.

* Head of Astronomy Department, KAAU.

* Teaching the following courses: General Astronomy, Computer Application in Astronomy, Binary Stars & Stellar Radiation. He is operating Academic supervision of the students in the department, translating English Astronomical book into Arabic.

* He is member of the International Amateur-Professional Photoelectric Photometry (IAPPP), of the International Astronomical Union (IAU), and of the Arab Union for Astronomy and Space Sciences (AUASS).
